●       AI and ML will be the front-runners for 2023 and beyond

From addressing the climate crisis to providing next-generation customer experiences, AI will be omnipresent in the years to come. As data has gone beyond text and expanded across various formats, the need for AI is felt more than ever. Digital leaders from different industries are optimistic about a future where AI and ML will enable unbiased and informed decision-making. AI will also standardize procedures and practices that will align with the industry’s best practices to ensure the highest productivity and optimize resources.

●       Edge computing will continue to be a top choice for industry leaders

As network latency issues and cybersecurity continue to be the hurdles in achieving faster deployments and secure data transfer, edge computing is the saving grace for businesses this year. In the survey, we observed that industry leaders are looking up to edge technology to manage their workloads across various cloud platforms and devices, become more flexible towards adopting newer technologies, and secure operations for all teams in the organization.

●       Zero-Trust security will maintain its popularity among digital leaders
