Backed by more than three decades in Information Technology and the BFSI sector, he is known for integrating deep technical proficiency with business-aligned digital strategy, supporting enterprises in building resilient and future-ready technology ecosystems.
He strongly focuses on building high-performance teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and delivering technology solutions that enhance business agility. Murty also actively mentors emerging leaders and remains engaged in exploring next-generation technology opportunities.
Prior to this, he was associated with YES BANK, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, Merrill Lynch, HDFC Bank, and Times Bank.
