Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) announced the appointment of Vineet Bhardwaj as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective September 1, 2025.
With over 24 years of experience in digital transformation, IT governance, and cybersecurity, Vineet has held leadership roles at Godrej Properties, GAIL, Marico, RGMS, and Aegis. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, widely respected for combining financial acumen with technology expertise.
In his new role, Vineet will lead MHRIL’s technology strategy, with a focus on building future-ready platforms, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational excellence through innovation.
The appointment reflects MHRIL’s commitment to leveraging technology as a core enabler of growth and delivering superior value to its members.
