Ketan Shah has joined Mumbai based Systematix Group as Chief Technology Officer.
Founded in 1985, Systematix Group offers Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Broking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management Services, NRI Services, E-Broking and Depository Services.
Ketan will lead the technology front including the automation, customer engagement, customer services and other digital strategies. He will be managing the team of experts to explore innovation, process standardization and transformation.
Prior moving to Sytematix group, he has served a stint of 4 years in LKP securities Limited as Chief Technology Officer. In these year’s he has introduced many initiative towards the customer experience improvisation, new service platforms for trading, third party products and digitalization of the current processes. Some initiatives helped LKP to on-board new customer seamlessly; service the new and the existing customers during the pandemic.
Prior to LKP, Ketan held several leadership roles at Religare Securities for over 12 years.
