Previously, Dr. Parab served as CIO at Parle Agro, where he led the successful implementation of numerous large-scale projects, including multiple full-cycle SAP implementations and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. He holds a doctorate in management with a research focus on strategic management, policies, customer service, and satisfaction.
